Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for Diploma Engineers under Apprenticeship Scheme.Support technical skill building for shop floor staff and implement proficiency-level performance monitoring systems across Hazira locations.Facilitate Technical training sessions with the help of internal trainers to ensure targeted coverage.Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
