We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The role primarily involves customer visits, site inspections, understanding client requirements, and developing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations and conduct site inspections to understand service requirements.
- Meet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable facility management solutions.
- Generate and follow up on business leads and convert enquiries into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare basic site visit reports and assist with quotations.
- Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
- Travel regularly within Trivandrum and Kochi for customer meetings and site visits.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, BDA, Field Sales, B2C Sales,



or Customer Relationship Management.
- Prior experience involving customer visits and field sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own two-wheeler.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a field-based BDA role may also be considered.
