Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support civil construction projects, site supervision, quality control, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate material availability at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and preparation of BOQ.




- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Basic understanding of quantity estimation, BOQ, and billing.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision.
- Solid attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively with site teams and meet project deadlines.
