We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 0–4 years of experience to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures.

The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of technical profiles, and the ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and technical skills for various IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on required skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Understand basic technical concepts and differentiate between relevant and non-relevant technical profiles.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database/ATS.




- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
- Ensure timely candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview availability, feedback, offers, notice periods, and joining dates.
- Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations within approved budgets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline for current and upcoming technical requirements.
- Track recruitment activities and provide regular hiring status reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and close positions within timelines.
