Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; / Finance Business Partner to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning and analysis, P&L; ownership, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.

The role requires a finance professional who can work closely with business and cross-functional stakeholders, provide meaningful financial insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage P&L; performance and provide financial insights to business stakeholders.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers impacting financial performance.
- Partner with business leaders to support financial and strategic decision-making.
- Manage and monitor working capital and cash flow forecasting.
- Drive budgeting initiatives, including zero-based budgeting where applicable.
- Prepare financial analysis, management reports and performance reviews.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and financial implications.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved profitability.
- Support senior management with financial insights, forecasts and recommendations.
- Act as a finance partner to business stakeholders and challenge assumptions where required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, business finance,



commercial finance or financial controlling.
- Strong experience in P&L; ownership and management.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Variance Analysis
- Working Capital Management
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- Business Partnering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are preferred:

- CA
- CMA
- CFA
- CPA
- MBA – Finance

Candidates from premier institutes will be preferred.

Preferred Industry Background
