Role details
Experience: 2 years in service in the electronics industry (inverters, UPS, solar or battery systems)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech Reports to: Manager – Service
Role: Handles installation, commissioning and breakdown calls at customer and project sites.

Key responsibilities
Install and commission inverters, solar systems, lithium batteries and UPS as per standard procedure
Diagnose and repair faults on site; card-level repair where required
Carry out preventive maintenance for AMC customers
Update every call in CRM with photos, readings and customer sign-off Return defective parts with proper tagging
Explain correct usage to customers to reduce repeat calls

General requirements
Willingness to travel; two-wheeler with valid license
Every call, visit and spare logged in CRM/ERP the same day
Performance reviewed monthly on role KPIs

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
