We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer 3 to 5 Yrs experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that bridge traditional machine learning with Agentic AI. You will build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks, while also developing RAG-based models and traditional AI workflows. The role is intended for candidates with strong hands-on AI/ML and GenAI engineering experience, with cloud and production deployment experience across modern enterprise environments.
- Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task execution, reasoning, planning, memory retention, and tool usage.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems such as planner, executor, and reviewer agents using frameworks like AutoGen and Semantic Kernel.
- Enable agent collaboration and communication to solve complex enterprise problems.
- Develop enterprise AI assistants and intelligent copilots.
- Build and refine RAG-based AI models for question answering, content generation, and information retrieval.
- Implement and optimize retrieval mechanisms including vector databases, semantic search, and hybrid search.
- Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise knowledge into AI agents and pipelines.
- Develop AI/ML workflows and models based on given use cases.
- Support existing AI/ML workflows through implementation, deployment, validation, and monitoring.
- Build AI/ML/DL models using Python, LLMs, and related frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, AI, ML, Deep Learning, and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Demonstrable experience building Agentic AI/AI agents with reasoning, planning, and tool use.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks, particularly AutoGen; Semantic Kernel is beneficial.
- Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
- Production experience with AI/ML/GenAI applications, containerization, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of indexing and retrieval mechanisms, including semantic and/or hybrid search.
- Experience with SQL databases and enterprise data sources.
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and technical articulation skills.
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets from SQL databases and file-based systems.
- Develop data pipelines supporting retrieval, generation, and agent-based tasks.
