Role: Customer Success
Location: Pune — Work from Office, Monday To Friday
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2.5 years of experience
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (depending on interview performance and experience)
Walk-In Timing: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday-10/10/2026)
What You'll Do:
- Own relationships with assigned clients
- Manage onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention
- Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a strategic advisor
- Develop and improve customer success strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track and maintain customer success metrics and data
