Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Review project specifications, drawings, technical documents, and scope requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, documentation, and records.
- Identify technical issues, project risks, delays, and resource requirements, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with approved engineering standards, specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Review material requirements and coordinate with procurement and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, measurements, and technical meetings when required.
- Support project cost tracking,



estimation, budgeting, and change management.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, installation, and handover activities.
- Communicate project status, issues, and requirements to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, reports, and as-built records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in project engineering, project execution, construction, or engineering services.
- Good knowledge of project planning, engineering principles, and technical documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant engineering/project tools is an advantage.
- Robust communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Experience

Typically 2–7 years of relevant experience, depending on the project complexity and seniority of the position.
