The Senior Photographer, Videographer at The Integrty will be responsible for translating brand strategies, creative concepts and campaign ideas into high-quality visual content from concept to final delivery.
This is not just a camera-handling role. The person will be expected to understand why a piece of content is being created, contribute creatively to the concept, plan the shoot, execute it, edit the footage, and deliver content that is aligned with the brand and its marketing objective.
You will work across multiple brands and industries, creating social media content, Reels, brand films, advertisements, product shoots, lifestyle content, event coverage and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Concept & Creative Development
- Understand creative briefs and translate them into visual concepts.
- Participate in pre-production and creative brainstorming.
- Suggest camera angles, compositions, lighting, transitions and storytelling approaches.
- Develop shot lists, references and moodboards when required.
- Understand the visual identity and communication style of different brands.
- Bring new content ideas and visual trends to the team.
2. Photography
- Lead photography shoots for products, food, people, fashion, lifestyle, events and brands.
- Handle professional cameras, lenses, lighting and photography equipment.
- Maintain strong composition, lighting, framing and colour consistency.
- Capture both planned campaign imagery and spontaneous/BTS content.
- Deliver photographs suitable for Instagram, websites, advertisements and print.
3. Videography & Content Production
- Shoot high-quality content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, brand films and campaigns.
- Shoot both vertical and horizontal content depending on platform requirements.
- Understand movement, framing, camera transitions and visual storytelling.
- Capture product details, expressions, environments and action effectively.
- Plan footage specifically with the final edit in mind.
- Ensure sufficient coverage, alternate angles and usable footage during every shoot.
4. Video Editing
Editing will be a core responsibility of this role.
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, advertisements and brand films.
- Create engaging edits designed specifically for social media consumption.
- Select the strongest footage and create compelling narratives.
- Handle pacing, transitions, cuts, hooks and storytelling.
- Add music, sound effects, ambient audio and basic sound design.
- Perform colour correction and colour grading.
- Add typography, motion graphics and other basic visual elements where required.
- Create multiple versions of content for different platforms and formats.
- Adapt long-form footage into short-form social content.
- Understand current editing styles, trends and retention-focused formats.
- Ensure the final edit follows the brand's visual identity.
5. Photo Editing & Retouching
- Edit and retouch photographs professionally.
- Handle colour correction, exposure, contrast and skin tones.
- Perform basic to advanced image retouching depending on the requirement.
- Prepare images in appropriate dimensions and formats for social media, websites and print.
- Maintain consistency across photos from the same campaign/shoot.
- Ensure final images are clean, polished and brand-appropriate.
6. Lighting & Production
- Set up and manage professional lighting for studio and location shoots.
- Understand natural and artificial lighting.
- Manage camera, audio, lighting and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots.
- Ensure shoots are properly planned and production-ready.
7. Direction & On-Set Management
- Direct models, talent and clients during shoots when required.
- Communicate effectively with models, MUAs, stylists and production teams.
- Maintain the creative vision throughout the shoot.
- Take ownership of the visual output.
- Ensure the shoot captures everything required for the final edit.
8. Post-Production & File Management
- Maintain organised footage and project files.
- Properly label and organise raw footage, project files and final exports.
- Maintain backups of important project files.
- Deliver final assets within agreed timelines.
- Maintain an organised library of brand-specific visual assets.
9. Multiple Brand Handling
Since The Integrty works across multiple brands, the photographer/editor should be comfortable switching between completely different visual styles.

“Here is the final edited content.”What We're Looking For
- 3–6+ years of professional photography, videography and editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video
- Strong editing portfolio, particularly short-form/social media content
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling
- Robust knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting and production equipment
- Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and/or Photoshop
- Strong understanding of Reels and short-form video editing
- Ability to create solid hooks, pacing and retention-driven edits
- Understanding of colour grading and sound design
- Ability to work independently and lead shoots
- Strong creative eye
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and locations
- Strong communication and team-management skills
- Willingness to experiment with recent formats, trends and visual styles
What We Don't Want
We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate a camera or edit a video.
We need someone who understands the complete creative process.
Someone who can look at a brief and think:
“What's the best way to shoot this?”
and then:
“What's the best way to edit this so people actually stop scrolling?”Key Performance Indicators
