Responsibilities
- Support learning design and development projects.
- Create training materials for different learning formats.
- Develop standards, templates, and storyboards.
- Work with SMEs, team leads, and design teams.
- Convert complex content into engaging learning materials.
- Create visual and interactive learning content.
- Perform quality checks on training deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience in instructional design and content development.
- Strong research, content analysis, and writing skills.
- Understanding of learning industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving and business skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
