Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Qualification: Degree

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience

Job Description:

Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information.

Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and sales.

Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.

Assist in converting enquiries into sales.

Maintain customer records and follow-up details.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

Degree qualification required.

Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-handling and follow-up skills are preferred.

Candidates should be confident and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
