Junior BIM Modeler – Civil & Architecture

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior BIM Modeler – Civil & Architecture with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing drawings, and supporting project teams in the delivery of high-quality architectural and civil BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain BIM models for Civil & Architectural projects.
- Create and update 2D drawings and detailed documentation.
- Work with Revit Architecture and other relevant BIM software.
- Coordinate models and drawings with other disciplines.
- Assist in identifying and resolving design and modelling issues.
- Follow project standards, BIM protocols, and documentation requirements.
- Support senior BIM engineers/modelers in project delivery.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BIM/Civil/Architectural modelling.




- Good working knowledge of Revit Architecture.
- Basic understanding of BIM workflows and coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/civil drawings.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Arch in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
