Job Description

We are looking for experienced Draftsmen to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings for various building services and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, shop drawings and working drawings based on project requirements.
- Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD and relevant drafting/design software.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects and project teams to incorporate design changes and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards and codes.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications and constructability.
- Prepare revisions and update drawings based on site/project requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to identify and resolve drawing/interface issues.
- Support the engineering team with drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.





Discipline-Specific Requirements

- Architecture: Architectural plans, elevations, sections, details and working drawings.
- Civil: Civil plans, structural layouts, site development, grading, sections, details and related construction drawings.
- Electrical: Electrical layouts, lighting, power, cable routing and related drawings.
- HVAC: HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, equipment and coordination drawings.
- Plumbing & Firefighting: Water supply, drainage, plumbing, firefighting, sprinkler, hydrant and related layouts.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech/B.E Degree
- 3+ years of relevant drafting experience in the respective field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, layouts and engineering standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
