We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills to create, manage, and maintain high-quality technical and web-based documentation. The ideal candidate should have an interest in technical writing, documentation management, quality and compliance documentation, and web content development, with working knowledge of HTML and document formatting. The role involves creating, editing, proofreading, and maintaining explicit, concise, and technically accurate manuals, SOPs, guidelines, reports, and other technical documents; preparing and managing documentation related to ISO, NABH, and other quality and compliance requirements; collaborating with technical teams, quality departments, and management to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation; developing user guides,



training materials, presentations, and other communication materials; using HTML for web content creation, formatting, and publishing on intranet and web portals; maintaining proper version control and ensuring documentation is regularly updated and organized; supporting the preparation and maintenance of documentation required for internal and external audits; managing multiple documentation and content-related assignments while meeting deadlines; and ensuring consistency in formatting, terminology, structure, and overall quality of published content.
