We are seeking a results-driven Voucher Sales Executive to drive voucher sales, develop current business opportunities, grow existing client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The role involves selling gift vouchers, discount vouchers, and promotional vouchers to corporate clients, retailers, and business partners through multiple channels, while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth issuance, payment, and delivery.

Why This Role Matters? This role plays a critical part in growing our voucher business by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and consistently delivering sales targets while maintaining accurate records and strong customer service.

You will:

- Drive Revenue Growth by selling gift, discount, and promotional vouchers across multiple channels.
- Expand the Client Base by identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, retailers, and business partners.
- Strengthen Client Relationships through proactive follow-ups, tailored recommendations, and prompt issue resolution.
- Achieve Targets by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide Market Insights by tracking competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of gift vouchers, discount vouchers, and promotional vouchers through various channels.
- Identify and develop new customers, corporate clients, retailers, and business partners.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online channels.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable voucher products and packages.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with internal teams for voucher issuance, payments, delivery, and customer support.
- Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues promptly.
- Reporting & Market Insights ,maintain accurate records of leads, sales, client interactions, and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

What We’re Looking For -

Core Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
- Comfortable with calling, client meetings, and field sales when required.

Functional Strengths:

- Good convincing and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team. -

Experience & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, retail, corporate sales, or voucher/gift card sales.
- Experience in gift vouchers, gift cards, loyalty programs, fintech, retail, e-commerce, or corporate sales is preferred.
- Strong network among corporate clients, retailers, or local businesses is an advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
