We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our growing team.

Work Profile:

- Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors
- Identify and connect with potential candidates
- Conduct training and provide continuous support to Insurance Advisors
- Guide Advisors in lead generation and sales activities
- Support Advisors in completing business and achieving targets
- Develop and manage a strong Insurance Advisor team
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and team members
- Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets

- Ability to build and manage a team

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
