Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and payment options.
- Demonstrate products and provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with the showroom, inventory, billing, and delivery teams.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and sales.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Keep the showroom display clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Stay updated about new products, offers, pricing, and competitors.
- Participate in promotional activities and showroom events.




- Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to final purchase.

Eligibility

- Graduate/12th pass or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom, retail, automobile, furniture, electronics, lifestyle, or similar sales environment preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Working Hours

Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: As per showroom timings
Weekly Off: 1 day
