About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who has previously worked as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role in an Broking insurance company or insurance broking firm.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial management, client payment collections, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial planning within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Payment Collections: Oversee and manage the collection of payments from clients and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding receivables.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's overall financial operations, accounts, and financial planning.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, fund availability, and working capital requirements.
- Accounts & Reconciliation: Ensure accurate accounting, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Insurance Industry Experience: Manage financial transactions and payment cycles specific to insurance companies or insurance broking firms.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports.
- Compliance & Taxation: Oversee GST, TDS, taxation,



statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
- Financial Controls: Establish effective internal controls and financial procedures.
- Management Reporting: Provide financial updates, MIS reports, and strategic recommendations to the directors.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance qualified in an insurance Borking company or insurance broking firm.
- Strong experience in client payment collection, receivables management, and outstanding payment recovery.
- Good knowledge of insurance-related financial transactions and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of taxation, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and financial decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for a candidate who has worked as a CFO in an insurance company or insurance broking firm and has hands-on experience managing client payment collections, outstanding receivables, and overall financial operations.

Compensation: ₹70,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
