Position: Business Development Executive / Online Bidder

Key Responsibilities

- Proven experience in IT/Software Development Sales or a similar IT business development role.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and other online bidding platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through online platforms and other relevant channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.




- Communicate effectively with prospective clients and understand their business needs.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into successful business deals.
- Work closely with the technical team to prepare appropriate solutions and proposals.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT services/software solutions
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding
- Strong proposal-writing and lead-generation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
