Candidate Eligibility

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience Preference: Candidates from any BPO background are eligible
- CIBIL Score: 650+ mandatory
- BGV: Background verification is mandatory
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable working in an outbound sales process
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and promote banking/financial products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Explain product features, perks, eligibility, and application process.
- Follow up with interested customers to complete the sales process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow all YES BANK process, compliance, and quality guidelines.

Working Details

- Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
- Interview Process: 3 Rounds
