Job Summary:

The DP Maker/Checker is responsible for preparation, verification, and processing of DP (Drawing Power) calculations and reports as per defined SOPs and timelines. The role involves handling reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, managing email communications with banks, and ensuring adherence to process guidelines. The position requires accuracy, discipline, and continuous learning of DP processes.

Key Responsibilities (JD):1. DP Processing (Making & Checking)

Prepare and verify DP reports as per allocation.

Follow defined Making/Checking Checklists for all cases.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of DP calculations.

Checking of Shortfall cases more vigilantly.

2. Reconciliation & Data Support

Support in:

Reconciliation (Reco)

Borrower Master updates

Assist in resolving discrepancies identified during processing.

3. Email & Query Management





Handle emails related to:

Query raising to banks (Bank teams)

Responding to reverts on queries

Managing assigned email communications

Ensure timely and accurate responses to all stakeholders.

4. Reporting & TAT Adherence

Complete assigned work within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Maintain consistency and quality in report preparation/checking.

5. Meeting & Coordination

Attend daily DP huddle meetings.

Coordinate with team members and seniors for workflow updates.

6. Process Adherence & Learning

Regularly review and study:

SOPs / Standard Rules

Flowcharts

FMS / Checklists

KRA guidelines

Ensure strict adherence to defined processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
