Job Description:
Responsible for managing day-to-day hospital operations, coordinating with departments, ensuring smooth patient services, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining hospital policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hospital operations and departmental coordination.
- Ensure smooth patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor staff performance and operational efficiency.
- Handle patient/service-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience: 7+ Years in Hospital/Healthcare Operations.
