About the Role

Artarium LLP is looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Store Executive to manage day-to-day retail store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide excellent product assistance.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Manage stock, inventory, inward/outward movement, and stock reconciliation.
- Handle billing/POS and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the warehouse,



accounts, and management teams.
- Maintain proper store discipline and follow company policies.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a branded retail/store setting.
- Prior experience in retail sales/customer handling is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Customer-focused with a positive and confident attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible to work on weekends/holidays as per store requirements.
