We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Officer to support and manage day-to-day human resource activities, employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave details.
- Handle employee queries and support positive employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and attendance data.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Assist with performance appraisals, employee training, and development programs.
- Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, turnover, and other HR activities.




- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
- Support statutory compliance and maintain required HR records.
- Assist management in resolving employee-related issues and disciplinary matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements is an advantage.
