ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a proactive, confident and target-oriented Sales Team Leader & Lead Generation

Executive responsible for generating qualified business leads through calling, WhatsApp, email

marketing and digital outreach, while ensuring disciplined follow-up and CRM management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Calling & Lead Generation

 Make regular outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

 Generate, qualify and nurture new sales leads.

 Understand customer requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.

 Follow up consistently to convert leads into appointments and sales opportunities.

What’s app Marketing

 Conduct structured WhatsApp outreach to prospects and existing customers.

 Share new collections, product updates, offers and business communication as approved by

the company.

 Maintain proper follow-up and response tracking.

 Email Marketing

 Execute targeted email campaigns to prospective and existing customers.

 Coordinate email databases, campaigns and follow-ups.

 Track responses and convert interested prospects into qualified leads.

CRM & Data Management

 Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.

 Record calls, WhatsApp communication, emails, enquiries and follow-ups in CRM.





 Ensure 100% CRM adherence and timely data updating.

 Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and closure.

Sales Coordination & Customer Follow-up

 Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.

 Coordinate with Sales/BD teams on qualified leads.

 Ensure no potential lead is missed or left without follow-up.

Reporting

 Maintain daily calling, lead-generation and follow-up reports.

 Track calls, connects, qualified leads, appointments, responses and conversions.

 Participate in regular performance reviews and share actionable updates with management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable with high-volume calling

Good at WhatsApp & email communication

CRM and data disciplined

Customer-focused and skilled

Able to generate quality leads, not just activity

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
