With business development initiatives across India and the UAE, BLACKBULL GROUP is seeking a highly experienced, intelligent, confident, and professionally accomplished Personal Assistant to the Group Director.
This position requires more than conventional administrative assistance. The selected professional will serve as a trusted executive support resource, assisting the Director in corporate communications, business coordination, strategic meetings, documentation, and management of high-priority assignments.
2. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an exceptionally confident, articulate, disciplined, and highly organized professional with at least seven years of relevant experience supporting senior directors, CEOs, managing directors, or business owners.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate outstanding English communication skills, exceptional professional confidence, executive presence, commercial awareness, and the ability to interact independently with senior business leaders.
A professional background in Chartered Accountancy, Corporate Law, or Business Management is mandatory.
The candidate must be capable of managing confidential business information, coordinating with Indian and international stakeholders, preparing executive documents, and representing the Director professionally when specifically authorized.
This is a high-responsibility executive position requiring maturity, discretion, initiative, and excellent judgment.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Executive and Personal Assistance
Manage the Group Director's professional calendar, appointments, business commitments, and daily priorities.
Coordinate meetings with investors, bankers, lawyers, consultants, corporate executives, and international business partners.
Prepare meeting agendas, executive briefs, presentations, minutes, and follow-up reports.
Organize domestic and international business travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
Track important assignments, deadlines, correspondence, and management decisions.
Ensure smooth communication between the Director and different business departments.
B. Corporate Communication and Relationship Management
Communicate professionally with senior executives, institutional representatives, international clients, and business partners.
Draft formal emails, corporate letters, proposals, presentations, and management communications.
Coordinate with legal, financial, investment, and operational departments.
Maintain excellent professional etiquette during high-level meetings and negotiations.
Handle sensitive discussions with confidentiality, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
Support relationship management across India, Dubai, and other international business markets.
C. Business Management and Strategic Coordination
Assist the Director in monitoring ongoing projects, business development activities, and operational priorities.
Coordinate corporate documentation, financial reports, agreements, and management records.
Follow up with internal teams regarding project progress and assigned responsibilities.
Support preliminary business research, project evaluation, and management reporting.
Assist in organizing investor meetings, institutional presentations, and partnership discussions.
Identify operational delays and escalate important issues to the Director.
D. Legal, Financial, and Management Support
Depending on the candidate's educational specialization:
CA Background: Support financial reporting, budget coordination, investment documentation, and financial management reviews.
Law Background: Support corporate documentation, agreement coordination, legal research, compliance tracking, and legal department communication.
Management Background: Support strategic planning, operational coordination, business development, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
The candidate must understand professional boundaries and perform regulated legal or financial functions only where appropriately qualified and authorized.
4. MANDATORY EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
Chartered Accountancy: Qualified CA or relevant professional accounting qualification.
Law: LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent recognized legal qualification.
Management: MBA, PGDM, or equivalent recognized business management qualification.
Additional certifications in corporate governance, finance, international business, executive management, or compliance will be advantageous.
5. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Previous experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant to Director, Executive Secretary, Chief of Staff, or Senior Management Coordinator.
Demonstrated experience working directly with senior corporate leadership.
Experience managing confidential information and high-value business relationships.
Exposure to corporate law, banking, financial services, investment management, or multinational business operations is preferred.
Prior experience coordinating international stakeholders, particularly in India and the UAE, will be an advantage.

Applicants should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, document management systems, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
The ability to prepare executive dashboards, professional presentations, business summaries, meeting reports, and structured management documents is essential.
8. INDIA AND UAE WORK REQUIREMENTS
The position involves coordination between BLACKBULL GROUP's Indian operations and its UAE business development initiatives.
Candidates must be willing to travel for corporate meetings, investor discussions, institutional engagements, and project coordination when required.
The ability to work across different time zones and manage international business communications is essential.
International assignments will be subject to applicable visa, employment, and regulatory requirements.
