About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Marketer to manage and grow the online presence of our restaurant brand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, loves creating Instagram Reels and engaging content, and is comfortable being involved in the restaurant environment.

You will be responsible for building our social presence, creating engaging food and lifestyle content, interacting with customers, and developing creative campaigns and activities that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the restaurant's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms.
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, and promotional content.
- Visit the restaurant regularly to capture food, ambience, customer experiences, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop creative ideas for trending Reels, food content, challenges, contests, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, formats, and competitor activities.
- Engage with customers through comments, DMs, reviews, polls, stories, and other interactive formats.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to create content around recent dishes, offers, events, celebrations, and customer experiences.
- Plan and execute customer engagement and team-building activities at the restaurant.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, influencers, and other external/internal resources when required.
- Track social media performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Support promotional campaigns and influencer/creator collaborations.




- Maintain a consistent and attractive brand identity across social platforms.

What We're Looking For

- 0 - 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook professionally.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Good knowledge of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and being present at the restaurant for content creation.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, or similar is preferred.
- Ability to shoot and edit basic mobile-first video content is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the restaurant, food, hospitality, lifestyle, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
