Carewave Dental & Medicine Clinic is looking for a responsible, motivated, and patient-friendly Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. The candidate will assist the dentist during various dental procedures and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and arrange dental instruments and materials before procedures.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Assist with chairside procedures, suction, retraction, and instrument handling.
- Prepare and clean the dental operatory before and after each patient.
- Handle dental instruments and equipment responsibly.
- Maintain proper stock of dental materials and consumables.
- Assist in patient preparation and provide basic chairside support.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
- Help with patient records, appointments, and basic clinic coordination when required.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste according to clinic protocols.
- Provide a friendly and comfortable experience to patients.
- Support the dentist and clinic team in day-to-day clinical operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Freshers with a Dental Assistant / Dental Hygienist / Dental Nursing background may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
