Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently execute, manage and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives and audiences.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversions.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and analytics.
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage lead-generation and conversion campaigns for multiple clients.




- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative and account teams for campaign requirements.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and optimisation skills.
- Ability to independently execute and manage campaigns.
- Agency experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
