Job Description – Mechanical Engineer

Department: Engineering / Production / Manufacturing
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Reporting To: Engineering Manager / Production Manager

1. पद का उद्देश्य / Job Purpose

Factory में Mechanical Production, Machine, Assembly Process, Tooling, Fixtures और Manufacturing Process को efficiently manage करना तथा production की productivity, quality और machine availability को improve करना।

2. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ / Key Responsibilities

- Production machines और mechanical equipment की daily monitoring करना।
- Motor, Mixer, Grinder एवं अन्य domestic appliances की manufacturing/assembly process को support करना।
- Machine breakdown का troubleshooting एवं root cause analysis करना।
- Preventive और predictive maintenance activities में support करना।
- Production line में line balancing, cycle time और productivity improvement पर काम करना।
- Jigs, fixtures, tools और production equipment की आवश्यकता identify करना।
- Current machine, equipment एवं tooling की installation और commissioning में support करना।
- Engineering drawings, specifications एवं BOM को समझकर production team को technical support देना।
- Mechanical components जैसे bearing, shaft, gear, bush, coupling, spring, housing आदि की technical understanding रखना।
- Process improvement एवं cost reduction projects implement करना।
- Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC और Purchase teams के साथ coordination करना।

3. योग्यता / Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering preferred।




- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering वाले candidates को experience के आधार पर consider किया जा सकता है।
- AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CAD knowledge preferred।

4. अनुभव / Experience

- 2–5 वर्ष का manufacturing/production experience preferred।
- Domestic Appliances, Motor, Mixer/Grinder, Fan, Pump, Electrical Appliances या similar manufacturing industry का अनुभव वांछनीय।
- Freshers को Trainee Engineer position के लिए consider किया जा सकता है।

5. आवश्यक कौशल / Required Skills

- Mechanical engineering fundamentals की अच्छी समझ।
- Machine एवं production process की knowledge।
- Engineering drawing पढ़ने की क्षमता।
- AutoCAD / SolidWorks का basic knowledge।
- Measuring instruments जैसे Vernier, Micrometer आदि का knowledge।
- Root Cause Analysis एवं problem-solving skills।
- MS Excel एवं basic ERP/MIS knowledge।
- Team handling और cross-functional coordination skills।

7. कार्य परिस्थितियाँ / Working Conditions

- Factory और production shop floor पर नियमित कार्य।




- आवश्यकता अनुसार Rotational Shift में काम करना पड़ सकता है।
- Production machines और equipment के आसपास काम करना होगा।
- PPE एवं सभी safety procedures का पालन अनिवार्य।
- आवश्यकता अनुसार vendor/site visit करना पड़ सकता है।

8. रिपोर्टिंग एवं Coordination / Reporting & Coordination

Reporting To:
Engineering Manager / Production Manager

Internal Coordination:
Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Purchase, Stores और R&D; Teams।

External Coordination:
Machine suppliers, tooling vendors, maintenance contractors एवं technical service providers।

9. विशेष आवश्यकताएँ / Key Expectations

- Production problems को quickly identify और technically resolve करना।
- Machine एवं process की efficiency लगातार improve करना।
- Safety, Quality, Cost और Delivery — चारों parameters पर focus रखना।
- 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing और Continuous Improvement activities में भाग लेना।
- Company के SOP, Quality Standards और Safety Rules का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- Management को technical issues एवं improvement opportunities की timely reporting करना।
- “Right Quality – Right Cost – Right Time” के अनुसार manufacturing process को support करना।

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
