​About the Role

​We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities for luxury residential villa projects. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, subcontractor coordination, strict quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to architectural specifications.

​The ideal candidate possesses robust hands-on experience in residential construction, with strong expertise in premium finishes, structural civil works, and coordination of MEP systems typical of high-end villa developments.

Key Responsibilities

- ​Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day site execution, ensuring all structural, architectural, and finishing works strictly comply with approved drawings, structural designs, and local building codes.
- ​Villa-Specific Finishing & Detailing: Oversee high-spec structural concrete, waterproofing, structural steel, premium masonry, plastering, high-end tiling, joinery, and facade finishes.
- ​Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Direct and monitor general contractors, specialized trade subcontractors, and site labor forces to ensure productivity and adherence to milestone schedules.
- ​MEP & Architectural Coordination: Work closely with MEP, interior design, and landscape teams to resolve site clashes, coordinate penetrations, and integrate utilities seamlessly.




- ​Quality Assurance & Safety (QA/QC & HSE): Implement rigorous quality inspection protocols for incoming materials and completed works. Enforce site safety standards and zero-accident policies.
- ​Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly milestone trackers, bar bending schedules (BBS), and material reconciliation statements.
- ​Quantity Surveying & Billing: Verify contractor measurement sheets, certify work completed for interim payments, and track material inventories to minimize wastage.

​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- ​Experience: 6 to 10+ years of on-site civil execution experience, with proven experience in standalone villa, luxury township, or high-end residential development strongly preferred.
- ​Technical Skills:
- ​Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and architectural GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- ​Solid command of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (or similar project tracking tools).
- ​In-depth knowledge of concrete technology, waterproofing systems, formwork, and curing procedures.
- ​Soft Skills: Robust leadership, site team coordination, problem-solving under pressure, and clear communication with clients and consultants.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
