Oracle Technical & Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and document Fusion-EBS integration architecture and technical landscape.
- Review Payroll Connector, interfaces, APIs, UCM processes, and integration workflows.
- Analyze data synchronization issues and interface failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution of technical defects and integration errors.
- Review customizations, extensions, reports, and technical configurations.
- Design and recommend technical solutions to improve integration reliability and performance.
- Support development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish interface monitoring, logging, and support procedures.
- Produce technical documentation, solution designs, and remediation recommendations.

Required Skills





- Oracle EBS technical development (PL/SQL, Packages, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs).
- Oracle Fusion integration framework and web services.
- API, XML, REST/SOAP, UCM, and file-based integrations.
- Robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with payroll and HR integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is desirable.

Pay: ₹850.00 - ₹1,200.00 per hour
