We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills, knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, and the ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
- Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately, when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
