Working Days: Monday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Samastha Capital Management LLP, a Pune-based capital-advisory firm, is launching a Mortgage vertical focused on premium clients – business owners, senior professionals and HNIs. You will own the end-to-end execution of mortgage cases, from customer enquiry to disbursement, working directly with the Founder. As these clients expect a high standard of service, presentability and communication are the key criteria for this role.

Alongside mortgages, you will gain exposure to our Corporate Banking vertical – supporting post-sanction execution for corporate clients, including loan documentation, pre-disbursement compliance, security creation and coordination with banks, NBFCs, legal counsel and valuers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle premium customer enquiries, understand requirements and recommend the right mortgage solution.
- Collect and verify KYC, income, banking and property documents; assess eligibility (FOIR, LTV, ITR, bureau).
- Select suitable banks / HFCs / NBFCs, compare offers and log in files with complete documentation.
- Coordinate PD, legal and technical (valuation)



processes and resolve credit queries until sanction.
- Manage disbursement formalities – agreements, registration / MODT, NOCs and PDD / OTC closure.
- Track payouts and maintain the case pipeline and weekly MIS.
- Follow lender codes of conduct and keep customer data strictly confidential.
- Support the Corporate Banking team on loan documentation, disbursement and security-creation work as required.

Requirements

- Presentability: Polished, well-groomed and confident, with business etiquette suited to premium clients.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi and Marathi an advantage.
- Undergraduate / Graduate in a finance discipline; MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage loan experience with a DSA or Bank / HFC / NBFC.
- Working knowledge of mortgage products, eligibility norms and the login-to-disbursement process.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Valid two-wheeler licence and familiarity with Pune.
