- Graduate / Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field preferred.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development in the Electrical Panel / Switchgear industry.
- Strong and in-depth knowledge of the Electrical Panel industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of LT/HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC, Control Panels and related electrical systems.
- Established network among EPC companies, consultants, contractors, industrial clients and OEMs will be highly preferred.
- Solid negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR market.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
