We, QualGroup - a New Zealand based firm, are seeking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing campaigns, generate quality leads, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- * Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- * Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns
- * Drive lead generation across multiple channels
- * Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
- * Manage content, social media, email marketing, and other digital activities
- * Analyse marketing data and continuously optimise campaigns
- * Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve lead conversion

Qualifications & Experience

- * Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution
- * Experience handling significant lead volumes and managing lead-generation campaigns
- * Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- * Proven track record of generating and managing qualified leads




- * Experience managing monthly advertising budgets and optimising CPL/CPA and ROI
- * Strong understanding of conversion funnels, landing pages, retargeting, and lead nurturing
- * Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- * Ability to analyse campaign data and make decisions based on performance metrics
- * Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- * Solid understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital marketing trends
- * Ability to demonstrate measurable campaign results with previous employers/projects
