Role:-

Join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience working on live hiring projects and the complete recruitment process.

Responsibilities:-

* Source candidates through LinkedIn & job portals.

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews.

* Follow up and engage with candidates.

* Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel & Google Sheets.

* Post job openings and build candidate pipelines.

Eligibility :-

* Students & freshers from any discipline.





* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets.

* Self-motivated and eager to learn.
