Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mathematics Subject Matter Expert with 4+ years of teaching experience and strong exposure to IB, IGCSE and International Board curricula.

The candidate will be responsible for teaching, curriculum development, question-paper creation, assessment design and academic content development, while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance productivity and content quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to students following IB, IGCSE and international curricula.
- Develop and enhance curriculum, lesson plans, learning pathways and academic content.
- Create question papers, question banks, worksheets, assignments, mock tests and assessments.
- Develop competency-based, application-based and higher-order-thinking questions.
- Ensure all content is aligned with IB/IGCSE curriculum and assessment standards.
- Identify student learning gaps and develop personalized learning strategies.
- Use ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude and other AI tools for curriculum and content development.




- Create effective AI prompts to generate and improve academic content.
- Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, curriculum alignment and academic quality.
- Collaborate with Academic, Content and Product teams to continuously improve learning resources.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of Mathematics teaching experience.
- Strong experience with IB / IGCSE / International Boards.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in curriculum development and question-paper/assessment design.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar AI tools.
- Strong communication, content-development and analytical skills.
- Ability to create engaging and student-centric learning content.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Education or a related field.
- IB/IGCSE teaching experience or certification will be an added advantage.
