- Set and achieve monthly, weekly, and daily business targets
- Monitor sales performance, enquiries, conversions, and revenue
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and follow-up systems
- Monitor team productivity and employee performance
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
- Identify operational problems and take quick corrective actions
- Coordinate between Office, Godown, Sales, Accounts, Marketing, and Management
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
- Improve internal systems, processes, and reporting
- Track business expenses and operational efficiency
- Prepare regular management reports and performance updates
- Support recruitment, training, team building, and employee discipline
- Identify recent business opportunities and support business expansion
- Ensure company policies and management decisions are properly implemented
- Take responsibility for achieving overall business objectives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
