Job Summary: The Restaurant Associate is the face of the restaurant, responsible for providing excellent service, maintaining hygiene, ensuring food quality, and handling order dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent, friendly, and productive service to all guests.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict personal and store hygiene standards at all times.
- Food Quality: Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to quality standards.
- Order Dispatch: Handle order taking, packing, and dispatching accurately and quickly.
