Job Title: Consultant Cardiologist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiologist to join our medical team. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and assist in preventing diseases of the cardiovascular system. You will conduct patient consultations, perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and recommend treatment plans—including medication, lifestyle modifications, and interventional procedures—to manage acute and chronic heart conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care & Diagnosis: Examine patients, review medical histories, and evaluate cardiovascular symptoms to form accurate diagnoses.
- Diagnostic Testing: Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests including ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitors, cardiac CT/MRIs, and catheterization procedures.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and manage personalized treatment plans for heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, and congenital heart defects.
- Interventional Procedures: Perform non-invasive, invasive, or interventional cardiological procedures (e.g., angioplasty, pacemaker implantation) as qualified.
- Consultation & Collaboration: Collaborate with primary care physicians, cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiac nurses, and emergency department teams to deliver integrated care.
- Emergency Response: Provide timely medical intervention for acute cardiac events,



such as myocardial infarction or sudden cardiac arrest.
- Patient Education: Advise patients on heart disease prevention, risk factor reduction (diet, exercise, smoking cessation), and post-treatment recovery.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Specialization: Completion of a Fellowship in Cardiology/Cardiovascular Disease following an Internal Medicine residency.
- Licensure & Certification:
- Valid medical license to practice in the target jurisdiction.
- Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease (and subspecialty certifications like Interventional Cardiology or Electrophysiology, if applicable).
- Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
- Experience: Proven experience in a hospital, clinical, or private practice setting treating complex cardiovascular conditions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
