Job Description – Analytical Chemist

Position: Analytical Chemist
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 0–3 years / Experienced candidates can also apply

Job Responsibilities

- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Conduct routine analysis related analytical methods.
- Prepare reagents, standard solutions, mobile phases, and samples as per approved procedures.
- Perform method validation, method verification, and analytical method development as required.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, analytical worksheets, and test reports.
- Ensure all testing is performed according to SOPs, GMP, GLP, and applicable pharmacopoeial standards.
- Investigate results and assist in root-cause analysis and activities.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper documentation.
- Support stability studies and maintain stability-related records.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments whenever required.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements within the laboratory.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical analytical techniques and QC procedures.
- Positive understanding of IP, BP, USP and other pharmacopoeial standards.
- Knowledge of laboratory documentation.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Educational Qualification

B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized university.
M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis / Quality Assurance will be preferred.

Experience

Freshers with relevant academic/laboratory exposure may apply. Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical QC/analytical laboratories will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
