Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer / Assistant Manager – Projects to manage and execute AV system integration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AV installation, integration, troubleshooting, project execution, and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close AV system integration projects.
- Coordinate project activities from installation through commissioning and handover.
- Manage site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project requirements, drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and client demonstrations.
- Prepare project reports,



installation updates, documentation, and handover documents.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for timely availability of equipment and materials.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in AV System Integration / AV Projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in AV installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of AV equipment, systems, and technologies.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project planning and execution.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to read and understand AV drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or Thane district will be preferred, as most current and upcoming projects are located in the Navi Mumbai region.
