Job Summary

The Export Production Planning Executive will be responsible for coordinating export orders from receipt to dispatch by ensuring timely production planning, factory follow-ups, packing readiness, and shipment execution. The role requires close coordination with the Sales Team, Production Team, In-house Plants, and Outsourced Manufacturing Units to ensure on-time delivery of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Coordination

- Prepare and monitor production plans based on export order requirements.
- Coordinate with in-house and outsourced plants for timely production scheduling.
- Follow up with factory teams regarding production status, packing completion, and dispatch readiness.
- Ensure adherence to committed shipment schedules and delivery timelines.

Order Management

- Receive export order requirements from the Sales Team.
- Place production orders with concerned plants as per customer requirements.
- Track order progress from production to final dispatch.
- Resolve production and planning issues to avoid shipment delays.

Dispatch & Logistics Planning

- Prepare dispatch plans according to shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely material movement.




- Ensure availability of packing materials and finished goods before shipment deadlines.
- Monitor container loading and dispatch schedules as required.

Sales & Internal Coordination

- Coordinate regularly with the Export Sales Team regarding order status and shipment commitments.
- Provide production and dispatch updates to concerned stakeholders.
- Liaise with procurement, quality, and operations teams for smooth order execution.

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and dispatch reports.
- Present order status, pending production, and shipment updates to the GM and Management.
- Maintain accurate records of production planning, order tracking, and dispatch performance.
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–8 years of experience in Production Planning, Export Coordination, Dispatch , Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations.
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, or related sectors will be preferred.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
