Job Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling trips, coordinating with drivers, monitoring vehicle movements, handling customer requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of all bookings.

The ideal candidate should be organized, quick at problem-solving, comfortable with calls and coordination, and capable of handling multiple trips simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily taxi bookings and transportation schedules.
- Assign trips to appropriate drivers based on availability, location, vehicle type, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup/drop locations, timings, routes, and special instructions.
- Track ongoing trips and ensure timely pickup and drop-off.
- Handle last-minute changes, delays, cancellations, and driver/vehicle issues.
- Coordinate with customers regarding trip details and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, driver assignments, trip status, and completed journeys.
- Monitor driver attendance, availability,



and operational performance.
- Coordinate with vendors/drivers for vehicle availability and replacement requirements.
- Ensure customers receive a smooth and premium transportation experience.
- Escalate operational issues to the concerned manager and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily operational reports related to bookings, trips, cancellations, and service issues.
- Coordinate with the internal team for billing, documentation, and closure of completed trips.
- Maintain qualified communication with corporate clients, customers, drivers, and vendors.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Good geographical knowledge of Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula and nearby areas is preferred.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of GPS/navigation applications such as Google Maps.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
