We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, supporting keyword rankings, and contributing directly to lead generation targets through SEO activities.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of SEO, a willingness to learn, strong analytical skills, and an interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research and identify relevant, high-intent keywords.
- Support on-page SEO activities including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Assist with technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify SEO opportunities.
- Assist in developing and optimizing SEO-friendly website content and blogs.
- Build and maintain quality backlinks through ethical/off-page SEO practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and increase qualified leads.
- Work with the content and marketing teams to optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
- Track SEO-generated enquiries/leads and analyze which keywords, pages, and campaigns are generating results.
- Achieve assigned monthly SEO lead targets and continuously work toward improving lead volume and quality.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports covering rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and other KPIs.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO best practices.

Lead Generation Target

The SEO Analyst will have a measurable lead-generation responsibility in addition to traffic and ranking KPIs.

Example monthly targets:





- Generate [X] qualified leads per month through organic search.
- Improve organic leads month-over-month.
- Focus on lead quality, conversion rate, and relevant search intent, not just website traffic.
- Track and report leads generated through SEO campaigns and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve SEO targeting.

Note: Lead targets may be revised based on website traffic, industry, keyword competition, and campaign maturity.Required Skills

- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Basic knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Good written communication and content understanding.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with recent SEO strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SEO certification or digital marketing course is an advantage.
- Internship/project experience in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
