About the Role-

1. We are looking for an experienced HRMS / HR ERP Developer to join our HR Module Team.

2. The candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, maintenance, integration, implementation support, and troubleshooting of HRMS/ERP applications.

3. The role involves working on critical HR modules such as Payroll, Attendance/Muster, Recruitment, PMS, Employee Management, MIS & Reporting, along with API integrations, biometric integrations, mobile application enhancements, and new HR technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Develop, enhance, maintain, and support HRMS/ERP applications and HR-related modules.

2. Work on modules such as Payroll, Attendance/Muster, Recruitment, PMS, Employee Management, and HR MIS/Reporting.

3. Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

4. Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems.

5. Work on biometric/attendance device integrations and related data synchronization.

6. Support integration between HRMS, mobile applications, external systems, and other business applications.

7. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

8. Perform bug fixing, application enhancement, testing, and deployment support.

9. Coordinate with functional, implementation, support, QA, and other technical teams.

10. Support client/business requirements and provide timely technical solutions.

Work on HRMS mobile application enhancements and related backend/API requirements.

12. Develop and maintain MIS, reports, dashboards, and data-related requirements.

13. Contribute to new initiatives such as AI/Chatbot-based HR solutions and automation.

14. Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and stability.

15. Maintain proper technical documentation for development, integrations, and enhancements.

Required Skills-

1. Strong experience in HRMS / HR ERP application development.

2. Good understanding of HR and payroll processes.

3. Experience with modules such as Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, PMS, Employee Management, etc.

4. Strong knowledge of API development and integration.

5. Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and data synchronization.

6. Good knowledge of SQL/database concepts and query writing.

7. Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.

8. Understanding of application development lifecycle and software implementation.

9. Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

10. Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Valuable to Have-

1. Experience with biometric/attendance machine integration.

2. Experience working with HRMS mobile applications.

3. Experience in MIS/reporting and dashboards.

4. Exposure to AI, Chatbot, automation, LLM, or AI-based business applications.

5. Experience in ERP products or enterprise business applications.

6. Experience working directly with clients or implementation teams.
