Experience: 3+ years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project/site-level positions.

Understand manpower requirements from various departments and project sites.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other suitable channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and project needs.

Follow up with interviewers and obtain timely candidate feedback.





Maintain and regularly update the candidate recruitment tracker/database.

Communicate interview schedules, selection status, offer details, and joining information to candidates.

Coordinate salary discussions and offer approval processes with the concerned management.

Assist the HR team in other recruitment and manpower-related activities as required.

Note: We are looking for the immediate joiner.

Should have experience in construction recruitment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
