Role

We are looking for a B2C Sales & Social Media Executive to grow B’CODE’s direct-to-consumer sales through social media and our website.

Responsibilities

- Create, shoot and edit engaging Reels, videos, photos and Stories.
- Manage B’CODE’s Instagram and social media presence.
- Develop creative content around our bags and new launches.
- Engage with customers through comments and DMs.
- Drive social media traffic to the B’CODE website and convert it into sales.
- Assist with Meta Ads and monitor campaign performance.
- Track website sales, content performance and ROAS.
- Research trends,



competitors and new content ideas.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media/content/digital sales.
- Good knowledge of Instagram , other social media sites and editing tools.
- Comfortable shooting and editing content independently.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
- Creative, proactive and sales-oriented.
- Solid communication skills.

Primary Goal: Create content → Grow audience → Drive website traffic → Generate B2C sales.

Salary + performance-based commission.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
